July 15, 2020 Patterson Health Center update’s to Covid-19.
(JULY 15, 2020) Due to the recent increase of Covid-19 cases in Harper and surrounding counties, effective today, Patterson Health Center will be adding some questions to our pre-screening process of patients scheduling and coming into our clinic.
If you are calling in to schedule an appointment you may recognize we are asking new questions about symptoms you might be experiencing. We will be increasing the availability of our curbside clinic services so please be transparent with your answers, our staff is only trying to triage and schedule you to the appropriate staff, and areas to continue to maintain a safe environment for everyone.
If you are a patient coming to the clinic, or any outpatient services, we are asking if you need to bring someone with you, please only bring one person. Upon entering PHC you will be screened at the door with questions, your temperature will be taken, and asked to wear a mask. IF POSSIBLE, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MASK.
For the safety of our patients, visitors, and employees we will continue to not allow visitors in our Inpatient side or Emergency Department. Please prepare your friends and family to remain outside.
As Covid-19 status changes, PHC will continue to make changes accordingly. Thank you all for understanding and working through these times together.
